Venue Notes
There is VERY limited parking on site, and adjoining roads are very narrow, 1 car to pass at a time. Please find local on street parking and walk to the venue where possible.

A high-energy class designed for gymnasts who want an introduction to tumbling. Trix & Flix focuses on developing aerial awareness, safe landings and controlled tumbling based movement using structured progressions and specialist equipment.
Sessions build confidence, power, coordination and technique while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and correct skill development.
