Our Advanced class is for experienced recreational gymnasts who demonstrate strong technique and confidence across gymnastics. Sessions focus on refining complex skills, building higher-level combinations, and developing strength, flexibility. Gymnasts are challenged to improve precision and control, while continuing to train in a positive and disciplined environment that supports long-term development.
