A structured foundation class for children who are developing their core gymnastics skills. Sessions focus on refining rolls, jumps, balance work and age-appropriate apparatus skills. Classes are designed to strengthen coordination, body awareness, control and listening skills while building confidence in a supportive environment. (The age range is a guide and gymnasts may stay in the class longer if skills needed to move up are not yet met)
