Our Parent and Toddler classes are for children aged 18 months to 4 years. They are designed to help children develop movement skills early on and learn how to manage their bodies. These 30 minute classes, in which parents participate, combine the pleasures of moving and listening to music.

What is it like? Basic movement skills, building up to first taste of beams, airtrack, vaults, trampettes and springboards.

This class is perfect for developing toddlers body control and coordination early on. It also strengthens the bond between parents and their children.
