Our Intermediate class is designed for gymnasts who have confidently developed their foundational skills and are ready for the next stage of progression. Sessions focus on linking skills into combinations, improving technique, and increasing strength and flexibility across all apparatus.
Gymnasts are encouraged to refine control, consistency, and performance quality while continuing to build confidence in a structured and supportive environment.
